What we aspire most is to provide you with the best possible experience each and every time you summon us!

Here is our policy for your appraisal:

Cancellation: Once booked with us, we need a time period of at least two-week notice for cancellations. If the cancellation is made less than two weeks in advance, you will get a 50% of the cancellation charge.

Benefit: The gratuity of chauffeur is not obligatory but it is valued. However, 10 to 20 percent of the average gratuity is expected.

Payment Mode:Payment is accepted through cash, money orders or checks and all major credit cards (AMEX, Visa, MC, and Discover) are also accepted. When paying by checks, it must be cashed seven days before rendering any service.

Cost for Time Extension: If the reservation time is extended further, an extra charge of the remaining time will be added as half-hour increments. This charge will be calculated in ratio to normal rates figured out for the reservation day and will be accounted on the contract.

Harm to Vehicles:The person holding the card is accountable for any kind of damage or harm caused to vehicles on the period of a charter. The entire cost of repairment will bear by the credit card holder.

Capacity Limit:There is a limitation for the number of passengers and chauffeurs are not liable to exceed the figure as stated on your contract. This law is under state and insurance guidelines which must be abided by and there cannot be any exceptions to it.

Smoking is Non-Permissible:Smoking is not allowed inside the limo. However, it is permitted only at special permission taken against a payment of $100.00. This payment is charged in order to cover the cleaning cost.

Policy for Taking Alcohol:Any kind of alcoholic beverages are not hoarded by us. Though, we provide you the opportunity to carry any alcoholic beverages with you for your delight. Only at an additional payment, we can supply beverages for you.

Additional Charges:We charge an all-inclusive price for our service.

Manifold Stops Privilege:We include no charges for additional stops except it is a transfer. While on a one-way transfer, we include an additional charge of $25.00 per stop.
